Try the grade 5+ page: coding puzzles (Robot Coder), making change, Lemonade Stand and the hardest puzzle settings. Every game also gets harder by itself as a child moves up its levels.
Are the maths games aligned to a curriculum?
They cover the topics common to most grade 4 curricula (US Common Core, UK Year 4/5, Australian Year 4): times tables to 12, arrays, fractions, decimals, time and money. They are practice games, not lessons — best used alongside what school is teaching.
Do the typing games need a real keyboard?
Yes, they are built for a laptop or a tablet with a keyboard. On a phone they still work but a touchscreen keyboard misses the point of home-row practice.
Is there anything to buy?

At nine and ten the games that hold attention are the ones with a score to beat and a strategy to work out. This page leans that way: timed times tables, arrays that show why 6 × 7 is 42, and a world map you explore by tapping. The puzzles are the full-size versions — nonograms, code breaking, Tower of Hanoi with more discs — and the board games play a real game.
Typing becomes useful this year for schoolwork, so the typing games sit high on the list. And the arcade and two-player games stay because ten-year-olds still deserve a Whack-a-Mole between times tables. Everything is still safe and needs no account.
