How to play

The flight starts straight away. Read the question at the top, like 3 × 4.

Tap the rock with the right answer, or type the answer on the keyboard.

Blast it before the rocks reach your rocket. Five in a row brings a star that mends a shield!

Blast six rocks to clear a stage, win a new rocket and fly on to a new place.

TipStart with the 2, 5 and 10 tables, then add more as they get easy. If you are stuck, count up in the table: 3, 6, 9, 12… On a keyboard, type the answer's digits, or use the arrow keys and Enter. Teachers: the × button at the top changes the tables at any time. Every stage cleared wins a new rocket colour for the echidna, up to a rainbow rocket. Tap Rockets & tables after a flight to choose.

Times Tables Blaster sends an echidna astronaut through a pastel galaxy. A times-table question sits at the top, and four colourful rocks drift in, each carrying a number. Tap the rock with the right answer and the rocket zaps it into a shower of stars. Choose any of the 2 to 12 times tables. The first questions stay small, then the full table from × 1 to × 12 comes in, and the rocks speed up gently stage by stage. Every six rocks blasted clears a stage: a cheer, a new rocket colour, and a new place to fly through, from a candy sky to an ice planet, a jungle planet and the Moon. A wrong pick just greys that rock with a friendly 'Nearly! Try again'; after two tries the right rock glows so nobody gets stuck. Rocks that reach the rocket bump its shield; lose all three shields and the flight ends. Five right in a row brings a golden star that mends a shield.
