How to play
Slide the striker along your line to where you want it.
Pull back from the striker and let go to flick it.
Pot your own coins to win. Pot one and you shoot again.
Carrom is the much-loved flicking board game from South Asia, made gentle for kids and played online with Otter. Pull back the striker like a slingshot, let go, and knock the coins into the corner pockets. A dotted line shows where the striker will go, so even five-year-olds can pot their first coin in a shot or two. Each level adds one new idea: more coins, bounce shots off the side, potting only your own color, a shot limit, taking turns with Otter, the pink Queen worth three, a shorter aim line and finally a full board for the Carrom Cup. Missing never costs anything, and potting the striker just puts it back. Every level wins a new striker style, from stars to ladybirds. After the first game, two children can play each other on one screen. Real carrom boards use white and black coins and a red Queen.
