TipThe middle square is the strongest start. If the ghosts have two in a row, block the third square before you do anything else.

Halloween Tic-Tac-Toe is the classic three-in-a-row game with smiling pumpkins against friendly ghosts, played on cosy quilts under a smiling moon.
