About this sheet
A little ghost waits at the start of this Halloween maze, and a smiling pumpkin waits at the finish. There is just one path through the twisting walls, and children aged 5–9 trace it with a pencil or a finger to bring the ghost to its pumpkin. The corridors are wide, so younger children can draw the line without bumping the walls, while the dead ends keep older ones thinking. Encourage them to look ahead before they draw, and to go back and try another way when a path stops. Mazes build planning, patience and pencil control. Once the path is found, the ghost and the pumpkin are ready to color. Print on plain A4. Then race through mazes on screen in Maze Runner.
