About this sheet

Six rows of cute Christmas things are waiting to be counted on this worksheet: presents, stars, bells, candy canes, snowmen and ornaments. Children count the pictures in each row and write the number in the box at the end. Every row has between 2 and 7 pictures, so it suits children aged 4 to 6 who are learning to count and to write their numbers. Touch each picture while counting, or color each one in so none get counted twice. Ask which row has the most and which has the fewest. The answers are 5, 7, 3, 6, 2 and 4. Print on plain A4. For more counting on screen, play Count the Fish.
