About this sheet
Six bedtime steps, each with a simple picture and a box to tick: bath, pyjamas, brush teeth, story, cuddle and sleep. Small children feel calmer when they know what comes next, and a picture chart lets them follow the routine before they can read, so it suits ages 3โ6. Stick it on the bedroom wall at your child's eye level and let them do the ticking themselves. Pop it in a plastic sleeve and use a whiteboard pen to reuse it every night, or print a fresh copy each week. There's a name line at the top, and the stars and moon can be colored in first. Print on plain A4. For the tidy-up before bed, the Tidy Up game has Raccoon putting toys away.
